Our custom homes are designed to fit your families needs. Your questions and input are valued and taken very seriously. New home construction does not need to be a stressful experience. You will work closely with our architect, construction supervisor and sales staff to achieve the desired custom home that you would like. Build your dream kitchen with the help of our Kitchen Design Expert. If there is something important to you and your family, we make it important to our staff.
If you are not sure of what style home will fit your needs, no problem, we have several Model Homes that we can offer you. Our new single family models include ranch style homes from 1,400 to 1,800 square feet. We offer 2-story center hall colonial style homes as well as cape cod models are available.
The "Rita M." Model is F& G Builders "Crown Jewel". This 2,275 square foot 2-story house was specifically designed to be family functional as well as having the luxury features you want. Whether your new home needs are 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms this model has it all. Plus, this new home design can have a bedroom and full bath on the 1st floor!
We currently have homes under construction in the Ocean County area. If you are looking to be in a new home at the Jersey Shore, we have sites available in Little Egg Harbor, Manahawkin and Barnegat. Waterfront homes are also available. We will build on your land or ours.
